nose doubled in size

i’ve tried every trick in the book (hydrocortisone, corticosteroid sprays, ibuprofen etc) and it was actually working before but my nose just doubled in size (the tip only) i can’t fucking get rhino now and there has to be a way to go back to a semi normal nose. what do i do
