All these are exercises have evidence that they most likely work. I will of course put my sources below.

1. Nose Shortening Exercise - Pressing the tip of the nose gently with an index finger while pushing it downward with the upper lip can help tone the nasal muscles.
2. Nose Slimming Exercise - Pinching the sides of the nose while breathing deeply through the nostrils may help define its structure over time.
3. Nose Straightening Exercise - Smiling while gently pushing the nose upwards can engage facial muscles, potentially leading to a more lifted appearance.

Many people think swelling doesn’t really affect your nose but most of the time it does. DEBLOATING TIME 💯

1. Hydration and a Low-Sodium Diet - Excess salt intake can cause water retention, making the nose appear puffier. Drinking plenty of water and reducing salty foods can help minimize bloating.
2. Cold Compress Therapy. - Applying a cold compress to the nose can reduce inflammation and temporarily make the nose look slimmer.
3. Facial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage - Gently massaging the nose and surrounding areas can improve blood circulation and help drain excess fluids, reducing puffiness.
4. Managing Allergies and Sinus Issues - need I say more.

dont expect this to work like magic. This isn’t anything close to the results you get from surgery. (EVERYTHING ELSE IS COPE! don’t listen to some Indian kid who says to wack your nose with a hammer.)

jesus christ your evidence is shit. did you even read the entire articles? not just did you only site two articles they both say themselves there’s next to no evidence supporting nose exercises making your nose look better and if they do work then at most they’re fucking subtle. fair enough you did say “dont expect this to work like magic” i’ll stick to saving up for my surgeries.

I read more articles than just those two. I’m just too lazy to quote every one, I just found two in my search history. You’d be surprised but there is actually a nice load of information on the topic

Push the tip of your nose down a little bit NOT too hard. don’t use your head try and resist it by flexing your nose/ scrunching up your nose.

yeah tbh it’s just development and weight loss which gives people good noses. fatter people have wider noses i got a more skinnier nose more fat i lost.
