My nose is perfectly fine when I don’t talk or smile but when I do these things, my nose suddenly curves downwards and looks hooked or roman. It looks so bad, can getting a better maxilla get rid of this?

you lack cartilage in the tip. Google "plunging tip", it's fixable with rhino

So does everyone’s. That’s just the soft tissue and cartilage and there is nothing you do about it. It doesn’t have anything to do with the maxilla.

I thought it meant there was too much cartilage in the tip

depends it can be excess cartilage with downward rotation or also lack of projection or just excess soft tissue. Septal extension grafts can often help with drooping when you smile

do u have a big nose?

Its just soft tissue man

Probably when you smile it pushes the nose down maybe you could practice smiling where your nose doesn't point down unless you've already tried that
