Nose is really bulbous off accutane would topical corticosteroids work?

its ideal when im on accutane but looks really shitty when im off. i've measured and its easily a 4 mm difference. tho its only this drastic bc my nose is very bulbous naturally

i plan to get back on asap once i treat my scars, but what can i do in the meantime before i hop back on? ive been trying hydrocortisone for a few days but it seems to make my nose bigger since i feel like it ends up hydrating it. i'll still try it anyway since ill be home for a while so idrc if my nose looks like shit rn, but ive also decide to add betamethasone dipropionate since i found it in my house.

anyone see results using either hydrocortisone or betamethasone dipropionate? how long does it take?
