I constantly see posts about how to shrink your nose and posts about rhinoplasty and shit like that, but not one nigga is struggling with having a too small nose, am i the only one?

My nose is small and pointy, it would be ideal if i were to be a female since it has a feminine shape, how the fuck do i enlarge my nose.
