Its not the nose thats really an issue its your jaw recession. You would need a bimax which will most likely fix your nose and if it doesnt then get a rhino. You need to be high IQ though to get the money needed for any of those

Rhino wouldn’t help much, and I wouldn’t say the nose is your biggest failo. Side profile looks flat
