This guide has common methods and methods I’ve never seen anyone talk about. most of these come from experience while others are common knowledge.
I wont include any surgical methods either. So do not call this cope

There are 3 sections to this guide
1. Topical
2. Injections
3. Misc

1. Topical

1. Hydrocortisone
IMG 1405

This one is obviously thins your skin where ever applied and there are many success stories.

2. Adipeau (THIS IS NOT AN AD)
IMG 1406

It claims to reduce cell size through KPE and in theory it would tighten your nose
IMG 1407

this would be subtle but the image shows a visible decrease in nose size.

3. Bromelain
IMG 1412

Bromelain is a complex mixture of protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzymes that has shown
to help heal bruises and scars due to its natural compounds it is also used in Lemon bottle which
we will talk more about later and I can vouch for bromelain because it had visible effect on my nose tip (tho subtle).
IMG 1411

(Bromelain effects)

4. Adapalene

IMG 1414

Very similar effects to hydrocortisone and is what I personally use.from my research Ive found it to be way safer
And I have had a visible decrease on nose tip size and glands size(it is very low potency nowhere near tret but it is safe for long term use)

5. Cica
IMG 1416

Cica visibly calms redness, shrinks pores and reduces inflammation. I have been using cica for the past
5 months and it definitely helps making my nose look better.
IMG 1415

(Results)

6. Pore shrinking serums
IMG 1417

Any brand should be fine as long as it has good reviews and works.

2. Injections

1. Lemon bottle
IMG 1419

This one is well known. A natural fat dissolver that can easily be administered at home if you
Do your research and are cautious. And obviously it’s targeted so it works anywhere including your nose.

2. Kybella
IMG 1420

Another well known fat dissolver which is a synthetic version of deoxycholic acid.
Do not use this at home especially in the nose because its a lot more dangerous
Then lemon bottle.
IMG 1421

(Effects on nose)

3. Aqualyx
IMG 1422

Probably the most popular fat dissolver and widely available option. Not much too say be careful if you diy
I recommend a professional because it can be dangerous especially in the nose.

4. Adipotide
IMG 1424

Experimental but Ive but from what I have heard it works by cutting off blood supply to area of injection:feelsmega:

5. Aminophylline
IMG 1425

The most under rated injection no one talks about. Aminophylline safely targets fat cells by increasing cyclic AMP
Which makes the enzymes break down lipolysis and release fatty acids, so basically its a debloat injection.
I have used this myself and it just overall improves the looks of your nose by debloating and shrinking it BUT
It’s effects are temporary meaning you have to keep doing it to keep the effect.

3. Extra information and misc

1. Lipolysis boosters via injection or microneedling
2. Microneedling any of the topical serums will improve if effectiveness
3. Debloating and drinking more water will make your nose appear slimmer
4. Madecassoside has promises of working topically by burning fat

5. None of this is medical advice so do not take it too seriously

Thank you for reading!

This guide has common methods and methods I’ve never seen anyone talk about. most of these come from experience while others are common knowledge.
I wont include any surgical methods either. So do not call this cope

There are 3 sections to this guide
1. Topical
2. Injections
3. Misc

1. Topical

1. Hydrocortisone
View attachment 4511791
This one is obviously thins your skin where ever applied and there are many success stories.

2. Adipeau (THIS IS NOT AN AD)
View attachment 4511812
It claims to reduce cell size through KPE and in theory it would tighten your nose
View attachment 4511815
this would be subtle but the image shows a visible decrease in nose size.

3. Bromelain
View attachment 4512106
Bromelain is a complex mixture of protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzymes that has shown
to help heal bruises and scars due to its natural compounds it is also used in Lemon bottle which
we will talk more about later and I can vouch for bromelain because it had visible effect on my nose tip (tho subtle).
View attachment 4512133
(Bromelain effects)

4. Adapalene

View attachment 4512276

Very similar effects to hydrocortisone and is what I personally use.from my research Ive found it to be way safer
And I have had a visible decrease on nose tip size and glands size(it is very low potency nowhere near tret but it is safe for long term use)

5. Cica
View attachment 4512292
Cica visibly calms redness, shrinks pores and reduces inflammation. I have been using cica for the past
5 months and it definitely helps making my nose look better.
View attachment 4512302
(Results)

6. Pore shrinking serums
View attachment 4512317
Any brand should be fine as long as it has good reviews and works.

2. Injections

1. Lemon bottle
View attachment 4512332
This one is well known. A natural fat dissolver that can easily be administered at home if you
Do your research and are cautious. And obviously it’s targeted so it works anywhere including your nose.

2. Kybella
View attachment 4512335
Another well known fat dissolver which is a synthetic version of deoxycholic acid.
Do not use this at home especially in the nose because its a lot more dangerous
Then lemon bottle.
View attachment 4512340
(Effects on nose)

3. Aqualyx
View attachment 4512349
Probably the most popular fat dissolver and widely available option. Not much too say be careful if you diy
I recommend a professional because it can be dangerous especially in the nose.

4. Adipotide
View attachment 4512387
Experimental but Ive but from what I have heard it works by cutting off blood supply to area of injection:feelsmega:

5. Aminophylline
View attachment 4512401

Whats the cheapest and fastest topical

Do not inject any of these until you have a full understanding of the risks

you do hidrocortisone in all nose? or only in the red part

alr also this is kinda weird but i had a football match in which i ran for like 90 mins and debloated and my nose looks sharper and less bulbous is this just placebo or is theres like some reason behind it?

Excessive sweating makes you lose water retention and decrease inflammation so its real and not placebo

Adapalene/tretinoin+hydrocortisone is the best softmaxx for nose rest are cope or only have minor results

what about accutane , some say that its the best one for nose shrinkage
Yeah but you gotta be consistent because on accutane side effects appear first and then after 2-3 months the benefits start appearing first 2 months are hell tho your nose is gonna be bigger red and oily asf

Tretinoin isotretinoin and any strong prescription retinoid works but the only problem with them is that side effects appear first then benefits
when it comes to nose shrinking , accutane is miles better from what i read in old threads , people said that they felt nothing on tret but on accutane it was a game changer , the only thing imo that is going to remove those deep oily pores is accutane

Both are good when consistent but accutane is more convenient since its just a pill and requires nothing else like you just take the pill and you are done which makes it slightly better but for results i would say both are good accutane probably better since its a stronger retinoid

Hydrocortisone is COPE and has the WORST ROI, it doesn't work! It just gives you skin atrophy, which is permenent, you will get this:
