Nose skin thinning

Hey guys! I recently bought 2 vials of hydrocort injections, bimatoprost, and topical clobetasol. My nose looks terrible from the front, though from the side it’s not subhuman tier. The main issue is that the skin on my nose has become VERY thick from years of dealing with cystic acne. Are there better options to reduce tissue density besides getting a cheap ass rhino in Turkey?

I’ve been and still on Accutane for 7 months straight. It did help with acne a lot. But it only shrank my oil glands and hasn’t made any noticible difference in reducing the overall thickness of my facial tissue

I never said that I didn’t. It just the skin is much thicker cause of my ethnicity - I’m very prone to developing hypertrophic scars on my nose, which also makes the tissue denser and bla bla bla. It’s genuinely over for my subhuman nose I hate u
