I'm planning a surgery on my nose.
When I was a little boy, I once broke my nose. It destroyed the symmetry of my face. I need help; you have to tell me what I should tell the doctor. I just can't breathe on one side of my nose; I don't want him to just perform some weird, crap operation on me. I also want this crooked effect to go away. Does that actually cost more?
