was wondering: if I have a huge ANS and a downturned nose, should I only get rhino or an advancement of the maxilla is required?

anyway that's what I wrote in the last thread

So.... here's my side profile completely unfrauded.

What I think are my biggest flaws:

1) very deep eyebags due to round orbits. Solution= infraorbital implants

2) ANS possibly subhuman. it prevents half of my incisors from showing when I smile. Solution= Rhino?? some kind of rotation?? shaving the ANS completely? I have no clue. Could the ANS maybe be lifted with a CCW rotation, lifting the nose as well?

3) lack of ramus height. I saw that truecel once said that if you have no ramus at all then Jaw implants will look like shit. In your guys' opinions, do i have a little bit of a good base to do jaw implants?

4) general maxilla and jaw recession. Solution: lefort 1+ BSSO

5) chin recession and lack of height. solution: genioplasty to give height and forward growth

6) UEE. Solution= quite an easy fix with fat grafting I guess

7) big philtrum. Solution: lif lift (to do of course after the trimax, to increse even more the ratio with the chin.

from the front I have 2 very ugly protruding zygomatic arches (left one being much bigger than right one) for which i think i will need a reductive malaroplasty before putting eventually zygomatic implants.

Except you have a very fucking flat philtrum. I don’t know personally how you fix a flat phil

I could see trimax helping you. Can you show front and bite ? Is it how your lips rest naturally ?

Show your smile and also your mouth just slightly open.

Iam not knowledgeable about rhino and ANS surgery tho.

Think the Lefort will make your nose way more straight if you do 5+mm. It did for me

Your jaw looks downgrown and very tall. I dont think you should do genio for vertical height or any genio at all for that matter.
If you wanna make your side better its djs with CCW rotation. But your side is not deformed and its not gonna ascend your front, so not worth it imo.
Need to see front for other recs

ccw rotation is ok but i don't have a gummy smile so woul that part of the maxilla go? I mean I only have gummy smile on the sides because the front is occupied by my huge ANS

Now, I unironically wanted to get Marpe + aligners and then custom implants to address asymmetries (or trimax+ implants we'll see).

Thing is, I first want to solve my smile, then I want to add implants and shit.

I have no knowledge on how philtrum is supposed to change after Lefort.
Some say it can ruin it, but for me it made my philtrum slightly smoother and more curvy in a pleasent way

i'll have to ask someone like Ramieri though before starting this all.
One thing I know for sure though: palatal expansion and braces to expand ental arches is going to be NECESSARY.

Afterwards I can think about trimax and implants.

I'll prob get the tony designer to do heavy infraorbitals implants that naturally go to the zygomatic area, i'm not sure if i will have to shave the zygomatic arches though since they are so protruded outwards

also both parents arevery white i don't know why I ended up like this but MIND YOU: this is completely unfraude and under shitty lighting and after eating processed foods for 6+ months (for being overwhelmed about surgeries). In my best, I have a nice tanned skin which I like. What I don't like is my armony. If I can't have harmony then I just want to mog with big bones

Downgraft with good ccw will probably work well, it will compensate.
But again, my opinion on this is i wouldn't do it. Ur front is not gonna ascend from this at all, could even descend from getting the nose widened.
Going through the recovery, paying shitload of money and potentially getting permanent nerve damage/ sinus issues is not worth it in cases where theres 0 front benefits and side is not deformed.
Ur main problem is your eye area. You look way too dead inside/depressed. Lighten up. U r gl.
