Nose surgery

I had nose surgery three months ago, and my nose is still thick, or rather swollen—especially at the tip. My nasal bone was not broken, only shaved down, and a completely new cartilage was inserted using cartilage from the ribs. What can I do to help the swelling finally go down, and is this normal after three months?

Ofc it’s normal there has been a lot of trauma in such a fragile area
