So my nose looks small from the side but it's a bit wide on the front and it's like 0.8 ratio to my lips. I also have blackheads. I'm 14 and idk if I can take accutane. What do I do?

fucking wait till you grow up and hop off this site cuz you're too young to do anything like that. your skin will clear up automatically maybe buy la Roche posay or cerave some moisturizing cream with vitamin c and that's all

Is moisturizing important? I just use cleanser in the evening, azelaic acid and some zinc mask or smth

yes it Is cuz if your skin is dry ot can Crack also can cause blackheads and pimples

I would advise to do some regular skin care for now and then if you still have major acne by the time your like 17 then take accutane because I've seen there is same rare incidents where accutane was link to slowing height growth

Accutane or hydrocortisone

Get some moisturizer,lip balm and deeply hydrating cream to make the dryness a bit better
