My nose frontally looks like ass I have a wide alar base, bulbous tip… idk how to cover it and for now I can’t get surgery, is there a way via softmax like hidrocortisone to improve it?

Hydrocortisone might work, but if u got blackheads it can make it look bigger I used adapalene for that and it worked
