Yes a lot of men who are actually attractive to women are not the PSL ideal.

Good skin, thick full head of hair, pretty eyes, a proportional nose and an attractive mouth can take you pretty far. Especially if the eyes nose and mouth are all well proportioned and congruent. This results in harmony.

Brat Pitt has good bones besides his zygos. Hemsworth has a great eye area and good size despite his lack of bones.

It’s not that bones don’t matter, it’s that if you don’t have good ones then you need other aspects to make up for it.

For every good looking guy with decent bone structure but otherwise great features like you listed - there is another one with great bone structure without ideal size like Colton Haynes or Matt Bomer.
