1) Don't get into debt (especially for a useless college degree).
2) Don't have kids that you can't afford.
3) Buy the cheapest everything.
3a. Buy food based on the amount of calories you get per dollar.
A $40 50 pound bag of rice has enough calories for 15 days.
A single $40 order of doordash has enough calories for ~1 day.
That's $80 vs $1,200 a month for food.
4) Get a GF that works / Roommates and split the rent / bills.
Done.
