How to get a Deeper Voice?

Non-surgical Method:
- Deep chanting: start making "oohmm" sounds over and over in a controlled manner which relaxes your vocal chords
- Primal screaming: go out somewhere(preferably where not to many people are) and start screaming (growling loud screams) as loud as you can for 5-10 minutes everyday.
- Make sure you maintain high amounts of T during puberty (too late for most of you)
- Clear your throat, take a deep breath, and swallow your spit before talking. Relaxing your vocal cords lowers the pitch of your voice, this is why your voice is usually deeper when you wake up in the morning.
- Speak from your diaphragm instead of your throat

the last two are a very legit method, but its extremely mentally taxing to always focus on it.

low t levels usually make you anxious and shaky when speaking

this is why you sound nasally and strange

you’re supposed to speak naturally through your diaphragm resonating your voice

if your t levels were balanced, your voice would carry that natural depth and bass

I do probably have low t, however my voice is always like this, nervous or not. My brother who is even more retarded and subhuman than me has a deep chad voice. Its just luck man

Practice diaphragmatic humming, (basically that ooom sound associated with meditation). Make sure the sound is comming from your chest and not throat. This will relax your vocal cords and teach you to speak from diaphragm making your voice sound deeper and less nasal

You will see results almost instantly from doing this, if you stay consisnt you will permanently fix nasally voice
