Well you have to get past the fear aspect of it first is the biggest step.

If you are afraid, uncertain or etc. it just ramps up the chances of you avoiding it or fucking it up.

Things that can aid are obviously anything that lowers inhib/anxiousness a bit (but that doesn't throw you too "off")

Androgens almost guaranteed to make guys much better at making moves properly but inhib levels can tie androgens too ("confidence")
