Hey guys, I'm super committed to ascending this year and just recently hit a roadblock that makes no sense to me.

I started my journey at 6ft 230lbs and proceeded to lose 30 lbs over the course of 2 months, I am now stuck around 200-205. I eat less than 1500 calories a day, drink 3 liters, and walk an average of 10k steps a day, I only drink water and haven't had sugar in a week. I sleep at least 8 hours a day but aim for 10.

Outliers that might explain weight loss problems could be my testosterone is very low at 270 (has likely gone up as just taking an iron supplement gave me 70 points 200->270). I am also low iron despite eating a good amount of meat in development (anemia/thyroid?)

I genuinely have no idea what I could be doing wrong, should I go get checked for something?

What the fuck does your testosterone have to do with your weight loss, if your not losing weight it’s because your not eating below your maintenance calories, there is a very slim chance you’re actually eating 1500 cal bro.

Stop eating like a woman and fast for 3 days at a time instead.

My endocrinologist said it can affect weight loss...

I fasted today :)

Also, idk what happened I woke up today and went from 205 to 195 in a single day so apparently I fixed it...

You only lost water weight because you didn't eat. Don't focus on single scale readings. Take averages every two weeks.

Healthy food ≠ low calorie just track your calories

6'0 and 200lbs eating "1500" is either a lie or you have the metabolism of a corpse. People massively underestimate portion sizes and liquids—"healthy" food can still be calorie bomb. Starving yourself just tanks your hormones and makes you hold water. Run a modest 500cal deficit, weigh your food, lift heavy and stop focusing on single scale readings. Genetics dictate how lean you can get, cope and be patient.
