First off all it will mess up your proportions

You only need maximum 3 movement leg extension, a hamstring curl and an abductor


Muh it’s boring then do a full body workout so legs does not feel like a chore

Well TLDR: train legs if you don’t want your physique ruined

i am trust me but i just cba to train them anymore since i fullstacked all of the machines and the technogym machines are impossible to do unilaterally.

the gym also does not have enough plates for me to leg press and i cba to load the hacksquat anymore😂

Techno gym is genuinely a money grab

They used to design sick machines

Then they thought hold lets become a sellout

And make literal tourtre devices that the cia would use

Atleast I can cope with my plate loaded leg press

the seated leg curl is absolutely horrible. technogym is the only brand my gym has and there isnt enough 20kg plates to load even 5 plates aside so i just stopped training them alltogether. im switching gyms soon so ill get back to it when its time
