Not washing my face anymore

I did this since 2 weeks only using a washcloth with 34 degrees water sometimes when I shower each 4 days but I don't use shower gel or any kind of abrasive treatment anymore, all of this in conjunction of some red light therapy or sun exposure, I also stopped clean shaving to the core

It is like my eye area and eyebrows drastically improved, my wrinkles faded, I don't feel tension or puffiness in my skin anymore, no more red complexion

It is just crazy how actual humans are using 10 steps skincare products and decaping their face everyday when all is needed is just doing nothing and not fearmongering the sun with sunscreen if u manage ur exposure according to the biphasic dose response correctly

I just shampoo my head every 5 days or so, I space my shower sessions quite often to preserve my scalp skin barrier

I heard shampoo is one of my biggest causes of hairloss so I wash it with water every day it's just that I use shampoo 3-4 days a week

It is def too much even with oily skin or exercice as factors, the frequency of exercice don't influence my washing frequency except for armpits and genital zone

I didn’t actually read but all skin care is cope. My skin has never been better than when I just stopped absolutely everything.
