Singapore and South Korea have blackpilled surgeons. You don't survive in that cutthroat environment without being very objective about what looks attractive and what doesn't.

I still recommend dr. Sweng in Singapore. One of the best PS in the world who understands how to preserve neoteny, how harmony and ratios work, how to properly create angularity, hollowness etc. in right proportions.

He is also very good at westernizing asian females. Lots of k-pop stars, actors etc. use his services. He does everything: Eye area, rhino, midface microsurgery, fat pad relocations etc.
