yes but too much sugar better is to get sugar free electrolyte powder and mix it with water

I take electrolytes powder mixed with water but got bloated from that and also peed half of it out.


Gatorade due to having sugar in it, help with electrolytes and water absorption more thats ehy I don’t pee out as much if at all!
