nothing ever happens, so why bother? in 2 weeks it wont matter whether you workout and run 10 miles or eat a 5000 calorie cake today. softmaxxing isnt going to change your face so dont make it your whole personality. being bloated for a day wont kill you so dont fear carbs. smiling wont make your nasal-labial folds worse. being in the sunlight wont make your skin too tan. adding salt to your food wont make your cheeks chubby. thumbpulling and zygo pulling is cope. jaw trainers will only give you tmj and bruxism. softmaxxing is just skincare, health and being lean. 4 PSL is enough. your not the next jordan barret.
