Nothing I take is supressing hunger

I'm extremly hungry all of the time and nothing I'm doing can seem to stop it. I am on 37 milligrams of concerta and while I have heard that people don't feel hungry on it and lose a ton of weight, it is almost the opposite for me where my stomach is in excrusiating pain to the point where I'm dry heaving if I don't eat anything before 12 pm. Then when lunch hits I can't control myself and just gorge on every piece of food that I can buy near me. Another thing I've tried is nicotine because I heard that surpressed hunger as well, but I don't feel anything from it and it doesn't effect my hunger. I've tried drinking water when I get hungry too and that just makes me want to piss more. wtf am I supposed to do atp. for reference I am 5'8 145 and want to get leaner so my face doesn't make me look like a chopped ass fat fuck. Am I just cooked.

Nigger stop coping i beg. You have to put up with peeing. What i did to lose 10kg in 2 month with barely moving was 1 liter of green tea morning and night. Coffe at lunch. No bread or carbs. Only fruit, vegetables and meat. Also i started eating at 12pm and stop at 6pm.
 
Just take reta bro. You will literally have 0 hunger and you can easily control what you eat. Just start with 0.5mg twice a week and then tittrate up every week if you get hungry
