I have ADHD and trust me it gives 0 advantages in socializing. I am as non NT as an autistic person. And ADHD is too normalized in social media and tiktok, most likely, all these people have low attention spans, not ADHD.

Kinda, I have both autism and ADHD and I can easily switch between brooding autist to NT machine. It differs from person to person though, not all ADHD ppl are the same
