"physical", they know that looks are everything as well, it doesn't mean just a physical disease but everything physical including the face. Having UEE, no jaw, weak chins are all actuall physical disabilities unironically.

Unironically tho, i was just sitting here on a beautiful day, eating good food, listening to music and successfully passed my final, was in a state of bliss but then it hit me that my face is covered with acne scars and that i don't have a squere jaw and i felt a state of dread, like nothing good mattered now.
