Got a buzzcut last week and ever since then. I’ve been taking msm + biotin daily.
And almost everyday I’ve been applying a mix of redensyl, peppermint and rice water (with some other ingredients in it like msm, vitamin c, aloe Vera).
Not only is my hair looking better, but my scalp also looks cleaner. And I’ve noticed quicker and thicker hair growth.
Before any1 says placebo, I’ve gotten multiple buzzcuts in the past and haven’t noticed any of these at all. And no I’m not deficient in anything.
Also my mk-677 arrived and I’m adding this to the stack because many people noticed quicker hair growth with it.
