If you end up leanmaxxing don't starve and do it slowly and with cardio included for best overall results. Starving = muscle loss maxxed and fat loss min and fucking up a lot of aspects of your body

I do notice i lose muscle but, as soon as i eat it comes all right back on in like 2 days
while almost gaining no fat
so not much of a problem for me
