I have made a decision.

I am giving myself until NOVEMBER 10TH 2019.

If there are no SIGNIFICANT positive improvements to my physical self by then, to the point where I can actually have some sort of a life, then I will declare it to be officially over.

I am NOT living the rest of my life like this. I've put up with it for more than long enough. Also as I get older things will only get worse. Others would have roped years ago if they were in my position.

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.
