Yeah but at MTN, NT really starts to matter. In my case, I'm not ugly but I'm not chad either. However, I suffer from schizotypal personality disorder which is one of the few conditions with the worst possible social outcome. People with schizotypal have almost no friends beyond maybe one or two and close family. We're deeply weird and say bizarre things. Even autistic people find me strange.

I have to drink alot of alcohol to quiet my paranoia and social awkwardness enough to appear somewhat human. Usually that's been enough for me to pull some low tier Becky's in the past, however, it's become far more difficult as I age and my symptoms worsen
