Nt ppl weird

Why are NT people so fake like they genuinely all just hate each other but are somehow friends. Example: all just talk bad about them and tell their secrets and then when they’re in person act buddy buddy. But when i do it and just tell them how it is straight to there face its a problem and i get cut from the group. Shit genuinely makes no sense. Ts made me jump around friend groups but for some reason those ppl alw come back around and act like nothing happened. Is this just a societal norm
