- Meditate daily (focus on breathing in and out only for 10 min)
- Write 3 things thankful for each day
- Gymcel 3x a week or more
- Healthy diet with vegetables (good for leanmaxxing too)
- Don’t view things as black and white
- Develop mental habit of seeing good side of every situation
- Become aware of personality traits and research/become mindful of them (take big five test)
- Be mindful (consciously aware in real time) of own emotions in general
- Spend more time around happy oblivious normies
- Make friends, foster positive relationships (5 positive interactions for every 1 negative)
- Deep breaths/using logic when anxious
- Only compare yourself to yourself before
