  • Meditate daily (focus on breathing in and out only for 10 min)
  • Write 3 things thankful for each day
  • Gymcel 3x a week or more
  • Healthy diet with vegetables (good for leanmaxxing too)
  • Don’t view things as black and white
  • Develop mental habit of seeing good side of every situation
  • Become aware of personality traits and research/become mindful of them (take big five test)
  • Be mindful (consciously aware in real time) of own emotions in general
  • Spend more time around happy oblivious normies
  • Make friends, foster positive relationships (5 positive interactions for every 1 negative)
  • Deep breaths/using logic when anxious
  • Only compare yourself to yourself before
  • ???

i tried plenty of self improvement crap and i feel just as bad. only cure to being non-nt is to go back in time and be born better looking.
