It was measured in the morning she told me after putting me on the stadiometer with my sandals on. I hesitated to ask her if she has already deducted the height boost from the shoes but she was confident that it is 176cm. However, when I measured back at home with the ruler I got 173-174cm. Which one is it because it matters alot as 175cm is a benchmark for short king.

Stadiometer is more accurate than ruler

I have stopped taking glucosamine since Trimax three months ago.

tbh glucosamine gave me 2cm. I feel less spinal pain whenever I take it consistently but after stop taking it for a week my height goes down and my spinal pain comeback.
