How can you reach max strength when your body is always depleted??? You have to save semen

semen retention seems important because your retaining all these nutrients but twitter keeps calling to me

And obviously not your own. That's just removing it from your body and taking it back in
You need to consume another mans semen. So many nutrients

I wont stop semen retention until I have 12 years of brahmacharya. Thats my plan.

why do I look a lot better after semen retention. I imagined that the nutritional loss would be much higher but after analyzing it is no more than half a glass of milk.
