Nutrition can help maximize your height as long as your growth plates are open, but it won't inherently make you grow.

You said it very well, low-carb is stupid for anyone trying to heightmaxx. Eat in a 250 calorie surplus, 25% protein, 40-50% carbs, 20-30% fat.

Make sure you're getting all of your micronutrients and maintaining a good omega 3:6 ratio. How do you get your micronutrients? Whole foods... eggs, beef, fish, vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.

I follow a very "strict" diet, in the sense that I eat the same meals every day, it must makes my life so much easier not having to think about what I'll eat that day. But I wouldn't recommend you do that, instead just make sure to be nailing down the following foods: Eggs, beef, dairy, vitamin C fruit, leafy greens, fatty fish. You can fill in the rest with whatever other foods you enjoy (that are not processed) for your macronutrients, in general the list I provided should give you most if not all of your micronutrients every day. So, here's an example:

Meal One: Eggs, Spinach + Yogurt, Berries, Kiwi, Honey
Meal Two:
Beef, sweet potato, avocado
Meal Three:
Salmon, rice, broccoli

This is how the nutritional profile would look like for this diet assuming you're getting 2000 calories worth of these foods:
1747096287366
1747096300516

Slightly low on calcium, but you can fix that with more dairy, sodium just by salting your food, but as you can see most of nutrition is covered.

In general do what works for you and helps you meet your nutritional needs

You can make your own calcium supplement out of them, whenever you cook eggs save the shells in the freezer (not for too long or they will definitely go bad), remove the internal membrane, wash the exterior just in case, boil them, roast them in the oven and then turn them into a powder with a food processor, a VERY. FINE. POWDER. You don't want any eggshell shards in there that could cut you and stuff, I mean, it probably isn't that big of a problem but, don't risk it.

I think like 1 tsp or around 4g is enough to get all your calcium for the whole day, but if you're eating other sources of calcium in your diet, go with less, 1 or 2g, calcium is important, but getting significantly over the RDA is dangerous and the calcium may accumulate in your blood.

If you don't want to go through the trouble, just supplement with calcium carbonate, which is exactly the same type of calcium found in eggshells.

diet barely matters for height. 5% max

what really matters is getting enough calories and not starving yourself... which realistically the huge majority arent starving outside the shittiest shitholes

So I have this habit of fact-checking everything I say with ChatGPT just in case, I didn't do it this time before sending the message and I don't really want to edit it, so here's the feedback it gave me...

HUH? That's kinda crazy not gonna lie :lul: I'd be weary about chewing them properly so you don't cut yourself, or anything in your digestive track, and also making sure the eggs are clean cuz you know, salmonella and stuff, it's not like eating raw eggs, salmonella is typically found on the outside of the egg, and also, eggs kinda come out of the chicken's weird anus-vagina thing so if they're not cleaned properly you're also eating some chicken shit along with it.

I would personally boil them and make them into a powder, you can never be too safe, plus isn't chewing eggshells very uncomfortable? I can't imagine standing the grinding sensation.
