For reference I'm 21yo and 6'5.5 235lb and I have a younger brother (19, 6'3, 230lb).
We both grew up in Greenwich with optimal nutrition, with a maid/nanny, chef and groundskeeper. He was a more picky eater than I was during early puberty and he would throw a fit and get our chef to make him mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, fries, etc while I ate steak, venison, lamb, veggies, etc.
Only from age 15-16ish did he start eating more properly and stop being a picky eater, he also started going to the gym and maximizing protein/nutrition from 16ish since he plays rugby.
Now at 19 he's of a similar weight (after gymmaxxing) to me but he's 2.5 inches shorter and has a decently noticeable (if side by side and shirtless) shorter clavicles and smaller frame, along with thinner wrists and ankles.
This means his overall skeleton is shorter and less robust because he was a picky eater, but he closed the gap in weight with me since he started gymmaxxing.
