Starting test(300)and hgh(4iu)
I’m going to dose reta at an even dose 3-4 times a week
I don’t want to become fat and bloated, but I also don’t want to waste my cycle. Will Reta achieve the result of burning fat while being in a caloric surplus? If any other tips please let me know how to go about this. Currently eating super clean(meats,eggs,raw milk,raw cheese, and potatoes)

should i aim for maintenance or slight surplus?
Never should be “ maintenance “ You always will undereat/overeat because of tdee fluctuations.

Keep it 150-200 surplus on non-training days
and 300-400 on training

You using hGH so you can push calories up to 400 without excessive fat gain
Howw old+If you wanna get real results, up the HGH, and also take an AI if youre in puberty.

20. I have an estrogen blocker just in case(prob won’t need but will be doing regular blood work). After 4 weeks of 4iu im upping to 6iu.

I assume the hgh is just for muscle gain right?

also if you're on reta you could most likely up the test dose if you wanted, starting on 300 is fine though

also eating "raw" is retarded and not necessary, just hit the correct macros

protein: 1g per lb/bw
fat: up to 45-55g
rest fill with high quality carbs: oats,rice,potatoes


no need to fill yourself with useless protein/fats, carbs is what build muscle

yeah, i am fully aware there is a 99.9% chance of no height or bone gains at my age. Also heard it helps a bit with fat burn.

honestly the only reason i do it is out of convenience. only i figured out i can it’s so much easier to prep meals.

yeah, it should help with fat burn because of lipolysis im pretty sure

triglycerides in fat cells are broken down into ffas and (glycerol?)

also the ffas go into the blood and can get used by muscles for energy, iirc
