If you dont like raw meat taste, cook it at blue rare. You still keep most water soluble vitamins and increase collagenous meat. Nutrients? Fruits do not have any phytic acids which bind to nutrients, hence, considered anti nutrient
Fibre? Plants have insoluble fibre. Fruits have soluble fibre, which is still "digestible" by the gut bacteria. The soluble fibre has all the benefits while plant fibre is useless
Macronutrients? Only nuts/seeds house any protien, they dont contain any saturated fats beneficial for humans, and are high in starch carbohydrates. Fruits are better as well with carbohydrates
