What should I eat like any raw meat or drink raw milk.
 
Ye I like the taste and I always drink raw milk with like raw eggs and shit and I’m on a animal based
 
Yeah you should do thumbpulling and masai jumps too

What should I eat like any raw meat or drink raw milk.
eat lots of protien and saturated fats, tons of micronutrients. Egg is the best food for this premise, but any beef + organs is good

abstain from processed foods, seed oils and vegetables, grains too if you can.

regularly eat fruits for hydration and anti oxidants, and specific micro nutrients, as well as soluble fibre.

Don't eat raw eggs.
The raw white has anti nutrients, so, cook the eggs for maximum 2-3 minutes. If you're eager, eat the yolk raw, not the white, cook the white. Avoiding the white is pointless however since it has abundance of protien.

If you dont like raw meat taste, cook it at blue rare. You still keep most water soluble vitamins and increase collagenous meat. Otherwise, if you still want raw, let it sear in the sun or room temparature, so it isn't stale.

You don't need greens when you have fruits. Fruits can replace any greens and are simply superior.


Nutrients? Fruits do not have any phytic acids which bind to nutrients, hence, considered anti nutrient
Fibre? Plants have insoluble fibre. Fruits have soluble fibre, which is still "digestible" by the gut bacteria. The soluble fibre has all the benefits while plant fibre is useless
Macronutrients? Only nuts/seeds house any protien, they dont contain any saturated fats beneficial for humans, and are high in starch carbohydrates. Fruits are better as well with carbohydrates

for greens the only thing im eating is spinach
