NW reaper at 17

I'm NW 2.5 at 17, spoke to derm asw. Unfortunately, derm is extremely retarded and only allowed topical minoxidil. Evidently, that is not gonna do shit for my NW reaper. What can I do till then? Any ideas for topical finasteride and dosing? I want to switch to oral finasteride at 18.5-19 yrs, and then dut after.
Also, I've heard oral minoxidil is better, will it be safe to switch from topical minoxidil to oral?

Idk about the minoxidil I use topical but I've heard oral is good. I would start using RU-845 something something or another topical dht blocker.
