I didn’t know @ReadBooksEveryday lived in NYC lmao

It’s a very good city with a nice quality of life (as long as you don’t live in the black/Latino ethnic areas) it’s very walkable and there’s always lots of things to do, public transportation is also very good as the train and buses can take you pretty much everywhere you need to go, a car isn’t a necessity at all here

The biggest problem tho is that it’s expensive as all fucking hell, if you aren’t making close to 6 figures it’s gonna be hard living in a good area free from the everyday hood nigga and crackhead, I’m lucky I’m doing CS and my parents have money so I’ll be well off after I graduate

The women are fine here but the ethnic (black, Latina) ones can have a lots of attitudes which is a big turn off, one of the good things tho is that the city is very diverse so ethnic tax here isn’t as strong so basically any ethnic is on an equal playing field
