This guy is debunking Tongkat Ali which was lorded by Huberman.

I'm 25 and I do the basics.

Magnesium glycinate, zinc, niacinamide, creatine. I used to take Vit D.

Nofap
Sleep
Diet

No supplements will make a meaningful impact outside of TRT and PED

you can hop on hCG or enclomiphene, proviron, and high dose zinc if you're too pussy for TRT

Yeah I take all of these plus more.

Where do you shop from?

I get my stuff from here.

I can't find anything for Testosterone support outside of TMG though.

Nofap lol. I have a chick and very rarely fap.

Sleep, diet and fitness are core components to increasing testosterone, but outside of those basics I would like supps.

Too pussy? Na bro. I just know the consequences. The body will require it for a lifetime.

I just shop from my nations equivalent of Amazon.

And of course, practice heavy skepticism with the source.

it's being dependant on you bottle to have high T that is cucked
Nattycuck cope, it doesn't matter where you get it from, while the average 50 year old cuck has 200ng/dl T from microplastics the average trt guy will have 1000ng/dl with no sides and WILL fuck your wife.

whats wrong with having high T for a lifetime instead of being some fat weak cuck

I could be wrong, but I've been hearing if you take hormone replacement therapy, that you will need to be on that hormone replacement therapy for life, or your hormones will be even worse off than before you even got on that hormone replacement to start with?

Just don‘t listen to that idiot. He‘s trying to justify him taking steroids.

No side effects, sure. Only them aging themselves, balding themselves and dying prematurely. Lol

We don't know if it's juice or TRT though. It's clear he's on something.
TRT are steroids too. Doctors just give it a different name so idiots give it a try and will be dependent on it forever.

Supplements cope, here’s how to increase your test naturally;
Eat clean
Sleep well
Live a generally active lifestyle, with regular weight training and cardio , 10k steps regularly.

Rest is cope and comes down to genetics.

If ur bothered about ur T levels just pin test

I've studied sport and exercise science, so I know all of this and even practise it, but I appreciate it.

Rest is also however not cope but the recovery time (Rest) you need is tied to your genetics, though, obviously.

At the end of the day it’s only way to increase your test to a noticeable amount, you can try shilajit ashwagada all that shit that ‘claims’ to increase t levels

so you know everything already then lol youre asking this question because of a slither of hope inside of you that someone is going to tell you some obscure plant or herb that youve never heard of then you can trick yourself into thinking its your miracle drug. if you want a meaningful increase in test and performance just inject test its simple.

I studied sports science over a decade ago buddy.

I think it's safe to say research/studies/discoveries on nutrition, exercise, drugs, sports etc has progressed and advanced in that period of time.

It's not quite as simple as; 'knowing everything already'.

I don't know if you know this, but the most major breakthroughs in understanding(s) of exercise, health and lifestyle have come in the last 3-4 years.

Let's not demonise me for asking suggestions for me to enhance my research. And stop projecting or patronising about 'miracle drug' and all this gay shit that you've heard from your uncles. You sound like you are reading back to me a script you have recited from an elder that was lecturing you on how supplements are a scam. That isn't a personality trait. Calm down Zoomer.

This is specifically the reason I asked for just millennials in here, because I knew some try-hard poser Zoomers tryna look cool on the internet would start piping up with their meme takes. Projecting a whole bunch of garbage nothing onto a person that asked for a couple of suggestions for supplements that AID with testosterone levels in conjunction with living a healthy lifestyle.

He indeed claims to just take trt for the rest of your life

im not trying to belittle you im trying to help you, ive fallen into the same trap before, i would spend so much time looking for new supplements to waste my money on, not realising that there isnt any that actually provide any meaningful and value-for-money performance enhancement. and the ones that do are simply labelled as performancing enhancing drugs and not supplements. if you really want to optimise your performance then theres no reason to not just hop on PEDs

If he's too pussy I can't stop him tbh

250 test to the grave
empirical evidence shows up to 600 test is well tolerated in healthy adult males, and thats before any ancillary supplementation and lifestyle changes

you know what that means :feelshah:

Oh shut the flaming cheesy fuck up you fucking dumb stupid nigger.

'Im not trying to belittle you, i'm trying to help you'

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: dude fuck off you are a solipsistic, projecting retard. We dont relate. I am not you. I use ONLY the proven supplements that are VERY WELL researched and ontop of my training have benefited massively.

Now let the thread go on and fuck off.

You remind me of this dumb bitch @Kelly Oubre Jr

'The arrogance of youth'.

Gen Z have lived absolutely no life, infact less life than Millennials at their age, with mostly being on their phones and choosing not to socialise and/or party, or even work for that matter lmao. And yet they are so black and white opinionated on things and suggesting there are absolute one size fits all answers for everybody. Honestly shut the fuck up. Imagine talking to a man with a bachelors in sports science the way you do. You pretentious fucking imbeciles. The amount of overwhelming assumptions you Gen Zombie dickheads make from a forum post/thread/tweet is utterly bonkers.

'You are looking for a magic pill'. 'You buy into supplements that are bogus'. No and no pussboy. I use tired and tested supplements that work WITH a healthy lifestyle and for me they are benefiting. Are their bogus ones out there? Sure. Are there ones that require intense exercise or good diets to compliment them? Sure. Im so tired of you little morons acting like fucking know it alls and demonising people for asking for suggestions. That's EXACTLY why I said to all Gen Z'ers to fuck off from this thread, but here you are entering it and offering your shallow opinion, in order to APPEAR good. Your Kelly Oubre avvy says it all you moronic prick.

sleep, exercise, and diet will be the main ones, get in healthy fats which provide precursor cholesterol for testosterone production .
vitamin d, sun
fadogia agrestis
tongkat ali
ashwaghanda to mitigate stress and help with sleep
creatine indirectly to help with gym in terms or energy so you can build more muscle which will increase test
boron
magnesium
shilajit
cold showers
cold room when sleeping

cold room when sleeping
What underrated is wearing comfortable underpants, made of natural material. Balls should be in cooker environment and well-ventilsted. Tight synthetic clothes are bad.
Healthy fats and cholesterol should also be plenty in diet.
Another overlooked thing is thyroid hormones. If they are screwed, chances thst your other hormones are screwed are higher.
What I find weird is that people often don't even try to fix their lifestyle and diet and stuff before hopping on TRT, they see it as a magic shortcut solution, just to maintain levels which normal healthy man supposed to have naturally. TRT is being aggressively pushed.
