I just realised you’re Finnish lol, your “HTB” top 15th percentile is the equivalent of a high HTB in other parts of Europe/West

To see a 15th percentile girl in other countries that aren’t Nordic, with a LTN, below average dude isn’t anything crazy.
It’s a looks inflation with larger spread in Finland likely. It’s easier to be better looking essentially, but not everyone is. So the looks level of the “LTN” is similar to other Western countries, but the equivalent of the “HTN” is much higher in worth.

Larger looks disparity for same respective rarities
