I am 20 years old and hit puberty 2 years late. Here is my current height trajectory:
Aug 2018: 5’8.5 (16 years 6 months)
December 2019: 5’9.5 (17 years 10 months)
August 2020: 5’9.8 (18 years 6 months)
September 2021: 5’10.5 (19 years 7 months)
June 2022: 5’11.1 (20 years 4 months)
November 2022: 5’11.1 (20 years 9 months)
As you can see I am 0.9 inches off of 6’0. I round down to 5’11 as I don’t larp as 6’0 due to my honestymaxxing.
My family’s heights:
Dad: 5’8
Mum: 5’4
Grandmother 1: 5’4
Grandfather 1: 5’5
Grandfather 2: unknown (he pumped and dumped)
Grandmother 2: 0’0 (dead)
Question: If your 5’11 at age 20.75, what makes you think you will reach 6’4 at age 23 let’s say?
Answer: well there are plenty of copes going on around the internet. Some dude who is 6’5 told me to drink milk and sleep 9 hours. I think it’s possible with good nutrition.
Breaking down the odds (why it’s actually over):
To go from 5’11 to 6’4 means I will have to be 5% taller than I already am. It doesn’t sound like much but when considering most people grow 50% of their adult height by age 2, adding another 5% onto what I already am at age 20 seems impossible. It is a gain of 5 inches and it took me about 5 years to go from 5’6 to 5’11 during PUBERTY. Now I am expecting to grow another 5 inches twice as fast in early adulthood. It truly is over.
My cope: for such a huge ask, I will need to put huge work into heightmaxxing. I need to ditch the soyfag food and eat the natural human diet according to Sv3rige.
Here is what I am going to do to ensure the fight back is on:
- 6000 calories a day
- 4 litres raw milk
- 15 raw eggs
- 200g raw liver
- 100g raw butter
- 50g raw cheese
- 1kg beef
- some rice (unnatural but the carbs should help me grow)
- gym: gets the muscles in and gets the hormones kicking
- hang from a bar
- sleep 9 hours a day (sociallifeminning, timeminning but sleep is a brain and heightmaxxer)
What I can expect after a year of doing this:
- to still be 5’11 but the cope will be “it’s only been a year, give it time”
- testosterone levels to go from 200 to 600
- some good masculinity gains
- to go from 62kg to 85kg
- higher body fat (bearmaxxing)
- a few food poisoning scares (thanks sv3rige)
- happier mental health due to clean diet
- disappointment on measurement day
- a fair few other copes including: the tape measure wasn’t at the correct angle, maybe the carpet is making me sink into the ground I am 6’4 obviously, the tape measure is inaccurate, it’s the wrong time of day
