So you’re done with puberty, your growth plates are closed. But you look in the mirror and all you see is an estrogen-dominant sub-5 incel skull. How do you fix that? Spoiler: Not naturally
As we know the two main growth-based hormones are testosterone and HGH/IGF-1.
Spoiler: Nothing after growth plate closure will increase height. This is for the face and the dick.
1. As @Clavicular has said, you are doing yourself a disservice if you’re not doing at least 200mg of testosterone per week. So get on a test base. Take HCG as well because you don’t want tiny balls. Then take a DHT derivative like Masteron or Primobolan.
2. Growth hormone is the main hormone for bone growth and DHT is the main hormone for masculinization. Start taking HGH secretologues like MK-677 for bone growth and instead of bonesmashing, start boxing. Also add in Deca, which is the main steroid for bone growth. To avoid side effects, take vitamin k2, glutathione, and berberine to mitigate the risk of developing diabetes. And only start taking MK-677 or another peptide when you’re sub-10% body fat. So now we have bone growth and masculinization. After you’re satisfied with bone growth, maintain your results with TRT and a DHT derivative.
3. For the dick, we want localized love. So start rubbing DHT gel down there. The dick is made mostly of cartilage, so we want to be taking a lot of collagen, such as bone broth. Topical collagen is stupid, so rub some vitamin C serum and retinol on there. BPC-157 increases capillaries and therefore the nutrient pathways, so injecting it in your penis will speed up growth (if you’re brave enough). Finally, rub some topical IGF-1 on there to increase growth.
