tretinoin helps with acne and reduces sebum production
Clindamycin or bezoyl peroxide fight acne and can be used alongside tretinoin, so might as well use them
vit b3 also regulates sebum production orally or topically, but tret or death tbh tbh

ive been using benzoyl for a while tretinoin is not available in my subhuman country but thankfully relative that bought it abroad gave me gonna try it now

Its very good, try to use as little and as low % as possible, should really help keep oil production down alongside a cleansing routine
another thing that helps is high doses of vit b3 btw
