Ok but how tf do I become a HTN mentally?

I used to be a skinny fat average height ltn, but puberty blessed me and made me a 6'3 hmtn/lhtn with a good frame. But somehow im still mentally an ltn. I feel like no girl can ever be attracted to me even though I have received a lot of compliments and even sexual harassment from foids. Its all 2nd hand or online tho. Only one foid has said it straight to me but shes my friend so it kinda doesnt count. How do i convince myself that I can actually get a girl to like me?
