Makeup, lighting and fillers. Don’t ever believe this guy naturally just transformed into this from “muh gym”. His under eye has been fixed with makeup and his jaw is a result of very well done fillers

even slightly contracting facial muscles will cause those marks, if you're younger they won't be permanent but they'll still show

partially closing your eyes wont cause marks but it will bring out more of your upper eyelid which is not the case here
