I already calculated his BMI. It's 25.1 Just over the overweight border. But BMI doesn't tell the whole story if you are gymcelled.
Cody Rhodes is 6'2" 220 lbs billed height and weight. If those stats are legit, that's a 28.2 BMI. Do you think he needs to cut? Fuck no. His abs could use some more definition but who gives a shit. He won't have any problems slaying. Even without the WWE super star halo. Pro wrestlers I noticed tend to have high body fat %, especially old school pro wrestlers before smaller wrestlers were given the WWE/world heavyweight championship. But his face looks great at 28.2 BMI and his body is still aesthetic. How many women would kick Cody Rhodes out of bed?

Take a shot of your arms. Maybe your arms are just not showing well enough in those selfies or maybe your muscles are hiding underneath all that fat. But yeah you definitely have a high body fat % and should continue cutting.

It looks like you lived a sedentary lifestyle before you started your cut and that you haven't gained much muscle during your cut even while in the gym every day. Which makes sense. You can gain some muscle even while cutting with newbie gains. Being in caloric deficit is not the ideal environment for your body to build muscle.

Make sure to get 1.8g of protein per kg of body weight per day. At 86kg that's 154.8 grams of protein per day. Some people say go 1g protein per lb but that's retarded. Cutting body builders max out their muscle mass retention at 1.8g per kg at most. Maybe even less than that. If you are having trouble consuming that much protein while staying in caloric deficit, eat 0% fat canned tuna, egg whites, skinless chicken breast, pink salmon, 0% MF no sugar added Greek Yogurt, lean black forest ham and other lean cuts of meat, whey protein isolate powder mixed in a shaker cup with water
