But it can Injure you If you push the limits too hard

why would it? it increases gh and test which both play into growth you won't spike test levels to a point where it closes plates because this is determined at a specific time based on your pattern in puberty. id say all boys should start lifting freshman year of high school

I started lifting at 5’7, now almost 6’1 and taller than both of my brothers who didn’t lift. No excuses, get in there
