He's legit. He told me my midface implants don't provide enough projection to achieve the aesthetic goal I want (they should've provided 2-3 mm more projection). Now I'm looking at paying $13k to do a revision.

Brachy skull is a good skull but it has an issue that the dolephiliac skull doesn't fat and that is it's more forward grown in many different area's with the brachy the skull itself is a flat.

The advantage of a caucasian is the forward growth in all directions the advantage of brachy is it's more square and dominant their both decent skulls tbqh but caucasoid is way better and more ideal negroid though is by far the worst skull period if you don't already have a good jaw.

They can have rounded soft jawlines for sure. But they have a short face. And they absolutely can have recessed jaws.

I asked him multiple time to give me all the surgeries possible ever for my face he only said possibly kybella, rhino.
And, orbital implants/zygos implants. And i already thought it was too much

him and european surgeons. But he is not technically a surgeon.
I've even made bunch of realself thread and always get bluepilled answers ALWAYS " you look very good etc... don't do please..." by surgeons.
Only for rhino they told me i should. It's probably my sole really below average feature.
